This is one we set up in April. We have been so busy I have not had time to get some of these builds posted. So this has tow big cold water washers, each with Honda GX690’s and Udor GKC pumps. We have went to the Hannay 1800 series reels for garden hoses as they have a 3\/4 manifold so you don’t get as much restriction to fill your tanks. Custom ladder rack and lots of space left on the trailer<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>

Setting up units on a truck has become more common. We set this up for Steve Sebastian at Triangle Window Cleaning. Two 8 GPM Cold Water Pressure Washer, Two custom mounts for the high pressure reels, two large manifold garden hose reels and chemical manifolds to switch between chemicals and water. EZ Flow Window Cleaning<\/a> moved out of the back of the pickup to a 5′ X 10′ trailer. Don’t be fooled by the size. He has an 8 GPM on the passenger side and brand X on the drivers side. Brandon Clancy with Premier Property\u00a0Services<\/a>\u00a0had us set up his second box truck ( we wish him many more to come). This box is just like the other one. Truck wrap, custom ladder rack and the best part is two new custom pressure washers with custom hose reel mounts. This new custom trailer features twin Landa PGDC5-35324E Hot Water Pressure Washers<\/a>. The Maxey trailer has 2-5000 lb axels and double disk surge brakes. Maxey also took the dove tail off the back end of this standard car hauler. We had custom gas and diesel aluminum tanks built to double his run capacity. Also added a winterize tank for these mild North Carolina winters we have been having. All and all one of the nicest builds in my 20 year history. Let me know if we missed something. <\/p>\n

You may think that a direct drive pressure washer does not need winterized but the water does not drain the whole way out. As you can see in the pictures, All Pistons are cracked and this let water into the pumps crankcase. Landa\u00a0 Specials Department has agreed to build a PGDC hot water pressure washer<\/a> with a 7 GPM pump and a Honda GX660<\/a>. This is about a prefect HW machine for a Contract Cleaner. The pump speed is 1325 rpm, and a max of 150 degrees.\u00a0 You can get it hotter just by changing nozzles and lowering the volume to 5 GPM.\u00a0 We sold one last year and it worked great so we ordered two more and before they get here they are sold so we have more coming.
